Delete your PIVO account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Deletion becomes permanent after 30 days.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open PIVO and go to the Cá nhân (Profile) tab.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is locked at once and permanently deleted after 30 days.

What happens

• At once: your name and phone number stop being shown (other players see "Người chơi đã xoá tài khoản"), you leave unfinished matches, your device's notification registration is removed and all sign-in sessions are revoked.
• Within 30 days: you can sign in again to restore your account. After 30 days, deletion is permanent.
• After 30 days: your profile (full name, display name, gender, birth year, city, survey), skill quiz, declared ratings, block list, phone number, email and sign-in account are deleted. Google removes the sign-in data from its backups within 180 days; PIVO's database backups are kept for 14 days.
• Kept: Verified match results (scores, confirmations, ratings and rating history) are kept in anonymized form, without name, phone number or email, so other players' results and ratings don't change. They stay linked to a random internal ID, so people who played with you may be able to infer it was you. Safety reports about you may be kept to prevent abuse.

Send a request to ilamaster.info@gmail.com from your account email or tell us the phone number linked to the account. You can also use this address to delete at once instead of after 30 days, or to view, correct or get a copy of your data. We reply within 2 working days and finish within the legal time.
