PIVO child safety standards

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 20 Oct 2026

This page is for the PIVO app (Android package com.ilamaster.pivoplay). It sets out how PIVO protects children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our standard

PIVO has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any such content, or any attempt to use the app to harm a child, is forbidden and ends in removal of the account.

How the app is built

PIVO is a community sports app for people aged 16 and over; people under 16 may not create an account. Phone numbers and contact options are shown only between participants of the same match. All user-generated content has report, block and takedown tools; club chat (when available) is for members only.

Report a concern

In the app, tap Report on a player profile or a match.

Or email ilamaster.info@gmail.com.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (Vietnam: 113). National child protection hotline: 111.

What we do with a report

We review it as quickly as we can and remove the accounts involved when abuse is confirmed.

We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authority, such as NCMEC in the United States and the competent authorities in Vietnam, and cooperate with law enforcement as the law requires.

We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us, including Vietnam's Law on Children 2016.
